Set Up Telegram in 4 Steps
Create a Bot with BotFather
Open Telegram and message @BotFather. Send /newbot and follow the prompts to name your bot and get a username.
Copy the Bot Token
BotFather will give you a token that looks like 123456:ABC-DEF... Copy the entire token string.
Paste and Connect
Go to Agent Channels in BrandBrain, paste the token, and click Connect. The system verifies your bot automatically.
Start Chatting
Open your bot in Telegram and send a message. Your BrandBrain AI agent responds with full context from your Brain.
Full AI Access
Your Telegram bot has the same AI capabilities as the web chat. It draws from your Brain, knowledge base, and agent configurations.
Private and Secure
Each bot is unique to your account. Only you can interact with it. Disconnect at any time to revoke access.
