1

Pick your platforms and formats

After signing up, the onboarding wizard asks where you want to publish. Select your platforms and check the formats you want. The AI will create content specifically for each format you pick.

Select your platforms and content formats

Tip: You can change these later. Start with the platforms you post to most. Each format (reel, carousel, tweet, thread, post) gets its own tailored output.

2

Set your topics, audience, and voice

Tell the AI what you create content about, who your audience is, and how you want to sound. Pick from the preset options or add your own custom topics and audiences.

Configure your topics, audience, brand voice, and content tone

Brand Voice

Choose one: Professional, Casual, Expert, Inspiring, Witty, or Storyteller. This shapes how the AI writes for you across all platforms.

Content Tone

Select multiple: Informative, Educational, Conversational, Bold, Thoughtful, Actionable. These fine-tune the personality of your content.

3

Review and start your first run

The review page shows a summary of everything you selected. If it looks good, hit Start first run. These settings are saved as your defaults for future content runs.

4

Watch the AI create your content

The AI agent takes over from here. It researches trending topics in your niche, builds a content calendar across your platforms, and creates each piece of content individually. You can watch it think and work in real time.

The agent builds a structured content calendar with themes for each day, then creates every piece of content across your selected platforms and formats.

5

Review and refine your content

Once the agent finishes, your content appears in the left panel. Click any piece to review it. The chat window on the right becomes contextual to the selected content, so you can ask the AI to tweak, improve, or completely rework it.

Right-click or use the menu on any content piece for quick actions: make it shorter, improve the hook, add a CTA, change the tone, or even convert it to a YouTube Short or Instagram Reel.

6

Connect your platforms

Now that you have content you are happy with, connect your social accounts. Head to Platform Connections and click Connect next to each platform. It is a standard OAuth flow, so you will just authorize Brand Brain to post on your behalf.

Currently supported: Threads, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn. YouTube, Bluesky, Pinterest, and TikTok are coming soon.

7

Schedule and publish

Approve your content and it lands in the Content Schedule. You can see everything in a timeline, list, gallery, or calendar view. Set the times that work for your audience, and Brand Brain handles the rest.
